It used to be available on polstitchesdesigns.co.uk exclusively but her license ended in Sep 2020 so it is no longer for sale anywhere (unless you find it on the secondary market). How do I know? Because I spoke with the shop owner and was really bummed when I found out I missed it.
This was a limited edition design that was sold through Polstitches in the UK. I do not know if she has any left, but you can contact her on her website:http://www.polstitchesdesigns.co.uk/
